When your business and your customers are of top priority, you should never settle for anything less than the highest quality work.

I’ll tell you a quick story to explain what I mean. Let’s say one night you and your family decide to go out to a restaurant. When you get there you are at awe with the place… it has beautiful chairs and tables and all the decorations are absolutely beautiful. You sit down and wait for your waitress, when she comes all her clothes are dirty and it looks like she just came out of a mud fight. You think that’s odd, but you still go ahead and order your food. Once your food arrives, you find out that they don’t serve you in plates but instead in garbage can lids. How do you think you would feel? Would you want to eat that food, or come back to that restaurant? ... Yeah me either.

When your customers come to your site, and yes even though you have a great product. The reality is, if your site looks like it was put together by a second grader, your customer is going to feel like you did when you went to the restaurant.

You have to understand that most people will leave a page within the first 3 seconds. I don’t know about you but in 3 seconds I can’t read a whole paragraph much less a sales page. But I could look at an image, such as a header for example. What that should tell you is, your site needs to catch their attention within those crucial 3 seconds.
